Some of our basic services include, but are not limited to, paying your bills on a weekly basis, collecting daily deposits, sending late notices out to delinquent owners, reconciling monthly bank statements, and providing monthly/quarterly financial statements.  We provide weekly check registers to the officer of your choice so that you can be aware, at all times, of your cash situation. We send out a delinquency listing to the officer of your choice on a monthly basis thus allowing you to see if there are any units that would require legal action in a timely manner.

Your annual meeting requirements can be handled by our office to ensure compliance with the state regulations.  This includes the elections, budgets, making sure the mailings are done with the correct timing and even the collection of ballots on your behalf.

We offer consultation regarding the Florida statutes regarding Association requirements.

For an additional small fee we also provide payroll services if required.  This includes the quarterly filing of payroll returns to the state and federal government.  Other services that we can provide include developing an annual budget, filing of the corporate tax return, performing a review or audit as required by your Association documents, and/or producing annual financial statements.

We also offer website services.  Check out the Community Demo Site link on the left.  This allows your owners to see the history of their account easily and to list units available to rent or sell.  It also offers the Board of Directors the ability to post the financial statements or any other announcements that pertain to your Association.
